Fort Worth, Texas – A new residential neighborhood is coming to northwest Fort Worth. The master-planned project known as Northstar will be located on 750 acres near U.S. 287, Bates Aston Road and Avondale Haslet Road. It will have up to 2200 homes.
The new residential neighborhood is just a few miles west of Haslet and South of the Wise County city of Rhome.
The developers of the neighborhood previously created the popular Morningstar residential development in the Aledo area.
Northstar, which is located in the Northwest school district will offer prices the lowest of $200.000s, according to officials.
By the end of 2019, the first 410 lots are expected to be available for building homes. The developer Kim Gill said the prices for homes will be similar to Morningstar from $250.000 to $450.000.
He believes the prices they offer are affordable for average young families. According to plan, North Star will have amenities such as multiple pools, playgrounds, indoor facility, including offices, game rooms, and event.
Having succeeded with Morningstar, the developers are happy to provide the living conditions for Forth Worth residents they can be proud of.
