Once you schedule the order, we agree on the pickup date. At pickup or delivery, we encourage all our customers to carefully inspect the vehicle with the driver against any damages, report any damages if occurred and put notes on the Bill of Lading.  The signed Bill of Lading/Vehicle Conditional report is a “mandatory” document for getting insurance in case any damage occurs during transportation.

If you would like to transfer a suitcase or any household (up to 100 lbs), you can put it in the trunk. In case you need to transfer extra luggage, extra charged will be incurred. Please call our agents to consult. Please note our drivers have the right to inspect the luggage. Moreover, the insurance covers ONLY the vehicle, not the suitcase.
